- All users will be required to change their password six months from the date of their last password change.

All user passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain 3 of the following:
- One upper case letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character such as: !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:";'<>?,./
- A password will be rejected if it has been used in the last 6 change iterations.
- Employees of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated or its affiliates do not have access to your password information and cannot provide it to you. If you have forgotten your password, please attempt to reset your password by using the "Forgot Password" function at https://ca.stifel.com
Password Protection Guidelines
- Don't reveal a password over the phone to ANYONE
- Don't reveal a password in an email message
- Don't reveal a password to your manager
- Don't talk about a password in front of others
- Don't hint at the format of a password (e.g., "my family name")
- Don't reveal a password on questionnaires or security forms
- Don't share a password with family members
- Don't reveal a password to co-workers while on vacation or out of the office
